Payne Chapel Development

Payne Chapel Development offers a community focused feeding program and soup kitchen dedicated to alleviating food insecurity for members of the community twice per month. The program services a wide spectrum of people including low income families, veterans, senior citizens, homeless, and unemployed.  Meals and groceries are provided to over 125 people every second and fourth Thursday.
